  1. Return and Exchange Terms
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
    Return Terms: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
    Item Condition: Items must be in new, unused, unwashed, and untouched condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.
    Item Type: Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a quality issue.
    Return and Exchange Request: Returns and exchanges must be requested by contacting Customer Service.
  2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
    Login: Log in to your account.
    Access the Orders page: Find the item you wish to return or exchange on the “My Orders” page.
    Request a Return/Exchange: Click the “Request a Return” or “Request an Exchange” button, enter the relevant reason for return, and submit your request. Waiting for Confirmation: We will review your return or exchange request and send you a confirmation email within 1-2 business days.
    Packaging: Upon receiving confirmation, please repack the item to ensure it is not damaged.
    Returning: Ship the item back to us using our designated shipping carrier according to our instructions. Please save the tracking number and ensure the package is trackable.
  3. Return and Exchange Fees
    US Orders: We offer free returns and exchanges for eligible orders.
    International Orders: Return and exchange fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure a smooth return.
  4. Refund Methods
    Once the returned item has been reviewed and confirmed to be correct, we will process a refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and are generally credited within 5-10 business days (processing times vary depending on the payment method and bank).
    Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be issued to the original payment card.
    PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account. Gift Cards or Coupons: If you paid with a gift card or coupon, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method, and the gift card amount will be credited back to your account.
  5. Exchanges
    If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please select the “Exchange” option when requesting a return. We will do our best to arrange the exchange and ensure the item arrives as soon as possible. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you and provide a full refund or an alternative item.
  6. Non-Returnable Items
    To protect the health and safety of our customers, we have a no-return policy for certain items, including but not limited to:

    We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and attach photos of the damaged product and your order number so that we can handle it for you as soon as possible.
